Fortaleza Suites Old San Juan

Thank you for a very good stay of our family vacation.

We loved staying here, the place met every demand. The room was tidy, where the kitchen is. It had comfortable decor.

We enjoyed our 1 night here. The staff were cheerful and beautiful too. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was local. It made our trip to San Juan a fantastic experience.

Staff were genuinely helpful and the hotel was wonderful old, it had convenient location close to the port for cruise tourists. They offered variety of options for continental breakfast.

The hotel of choice in San Juan. Our room was impressive, perfect with a fridge, air conditioner and a work desk, we had a delightful experience. Terrific service, although a few employees were not very friendly:)))

It is a fabulous hotel and I loved its outstanding rooms and fairly friendly personnel. The location is fantastic, a 15-minute walk from a bus station.

Pleasant stay, as always. The hotel was hip new, location was unbeatable right in Old Town, local breakfast. Reasonably large, well-appointed rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. It was nice to have climate control, a refrigerator and a seating area. Services were great too.

I liked marvellous location of the hotel, its hard-working staff and huge rooms. The American breakfast was served in the restaurant, and it was SATISFACTORY.

Unique place & tastefully decorated room that was gorgeous. What a helpful staff. I liked the room on the main level, the bed was comfy. The location was magnificent, not too far away from an art gallery.

We loved the vintage furniture and quiet location. The staff were happy to help, arranged a few things for us. Location close to restaurants and shops and Old San Juan. Plus, plaza colon was close by.

Inclusive breakfast with lots of options, simple and clean place. Personable, especially helpful staff members. The queen room I had was well furnished and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed local cuisine served here. Location was cosy, 10 min walk from bus station. Service was nice too.

Inexpensive and quite clean place. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Early check-in, late check-out. Moreover, free WiFi worked throughout the property.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

The hotel was neat, beautifully kept and had high quality stuff and location. Separate bedroom, lovely bed. Public beach nearby, that was what I liked. Furthermore, the area was entertaining.

This is surely the best wonderful boutique hotel, super helpful staff, very tidy rooms. Superb location not very far from Castillo de San Cristobal Fortress. We definitely coming here again, thank you for the quite comfortable stay.

Hotel was tidy, being adjacent to the beach. Staff was funny and always helped me. The American breakfast was awesome with plenty of food.

A very very good stay and great value for money. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Comfortable quiet and comfortable quiet room with a luxury bathroom. The personnel was always courteous. Location was excellent, minutes away from parque las palomas. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was incredible.
